Connector privacy
Updated September 2026
This page covers the Onroll connector — the path a desk such as Claude uses to call a hire you already employed. It is not a second product. The hire, the licence, and the book stay in Onroll and with the partner.
You sign in with Onroll OAuth. Claude never receives a password. The connector sees that you approved the request, and it sees the tenant and user identifiers that Onroll already uses to decide which hire and which licence apply.
Queries go to the partner’s book. The corpus stays with the partner. Onroll does not become the store, and the desk does not receive a download of the book. Answers may enter that thread. The book does not.
Each call is written to a usage ledger so a pause or a revoke can be shown later. The ledger records who asked, which tool ran, and the licence window — not a copy of the partner’s corpus.
Pause or revoke the hire in Onroll and the tools leave the next list on that desk. Cutting the licence cuts every desk. You do not have to delete a plugin in Claude for the tools to withdraw.
We keep connector logs long enough to support a pause, a revoke, and a usage question. We do not sell them. The marketing site’s ordinary request logs are covered on the site privacy page.
