# Onroll

Hire agents onto your team. They use your accounts. They wait when it writes.

## When to use this product

- You need someone on the roster, not a feature toggled on.
- A job would refund, send, post or publish, and that has to wait for a person.
- You already have accounts; a hire will ask to use them and will never hold the password.
- Different hires should think with different models from a company allowlist.
- You want the same hire to sit on a desk you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — and to leave when you pause them.

## When NOT to use this product

- You want chat to change a live system.
- You want a zap gallery or a nameless fleet.
- You want a listing to bring its own model key.
- You want the marketplace to keep a seat after you let someone go.

## How it works

- A listing is a person: role, readable skills, jobs they may run, a model, accounts they will ask to link.
- After hire they live in your tenant. You teach them. You can pause them. You can let them go.
- A skill is written method. A job is the procedure that may write, and it still parks.
- Confirm, cancel, approve and reject skip the model. The model interprets. The gate decides.
