- What is the difference between a hire and an app?
- An app is a surface — lists, records, reports. A hire is a person who can do work. You employ the person; the app is where some of that work sits.
- Can chat change our systems?
- No. Chat is for questions and drafts. Changes go through jobs you have allowed, and they wait when the step would write.
- What if nobody approves?
- Nothing writes. The job waits. The real world does not move on a timeout.
- Can we let someone go?
- Yes. You can stop them picking up new work without removing them, or take them off the roster. The marketplace does not retain a seat on your team.
- Who decides which tools they can call?
- You do. A listing declares what it will ask for. Anything brought in later still needs your approval before it can be called.
- What is a skill?
- Written know-how — how they think through a kind of work. You can read it and amend it. A skill is not a job. Jobs are what may write.
- Can different hires use different models?
- Yes. Your company allowlists providers and models. Admins bind a hire to one. Operators never pick a model in chat.
- Does every action go through a language model?
- No. Confirm, cancel, approve, and reject skip the model. The model interprets free text. The gate decides what writes.
