Open the product and sign in. The connector uses that same login. Claude will send you back to Onroll to approve access.

Staff from the catalog first. An empty roster is not a working desk. Claude can see who you employed; the jobs appear only after that hire.

Add a custom connector in Claude Settings and paste the URL below. Any Claude plan can do this. Connecting does not staff anyone.

Claude opens an Onroll approval page — not Claude’s own login. Use the same email and password as the product. Same person. Same reach. Same pause.
If nobody is hired, Claude shows List team and no jobs. That is setup incomplete — connecting does not staff anyone. Hire, then the jobs appear.
Licensed books — the sample fund and legal desks — appear only after that hire. They are not the connector.
Each hire you employed can answer under the licence you already set. Change that in Onroll, not in Claude.
Pause a hire in Onroll. The next list in Claude no longer has their jobs. You still have the person on the roster.

If the connector will not connect, or a pause did not withdraw the jobs, use Get in touch. Do not send a password or an API key.
